Rumi

Your thoughts are a veil on the face of the Moon.
That Moon is your heart,
and those thoughts cover your heart.
So let them go, just let them fall into the water.

ALCHEMY Rumi + Campbell

Zen Tarot Card
Integration
The conflict is in man. Unless it is resolved there, it cannot be resolved anywhere else. The politics is within you; it is between the two parts of the mind. A very small bridge exists. If that bridge is broken through some accident, through some physiological defect or something else, the person becomes split, the person becomes two persons and the phenomenon of schizophrenia or split personality happens.

If the bridge is broken - and the bridge is very fragile - then you become two, you behave like two persons. In the morning you are very loving, very beautiful; in the evening you are very angry, absolutely different. You don't remember your morning...how can you remember? Another mind was functioning - and the person becomes two persons. If this bridge is strengthened so much that the two minds disappear as two and become one, then integration, then crystallization, arises.

What George Gurdjieff used to call the crystallization of being is nothing but these two minds becoming one, the meeting of the male and the female within, the meeting of yin and yang, the meeting of the left and right, the meeting of logic and illogic, the meeting of Plato and Aristotle.

Osho Ancient Music in the Pines Chapter 1

Commentary:
The image of integration is the unio mystica, the fusion of opposites. This is a time of communication between the previously experienced dualities of life. Rather than night opposing day, dark suppressing light, they work together to create a unified whole, turning endlessly one into the other, each containing in its deepest core the seed of the opposite.

The eagle and the swan are both beings of flight and majesty. The eagle is the embodiment of power and aloneness. The swan is the embodiment of space and purity, gently floating and diving, upon and within the element of the emotions, entirely content and complete within her perfection and beauty.

We are the union of eagle and swan: male and female, fire and water, life and death. The card of integration is the symbol of self-creation, new life, and mystical union; otherwise known as alchemy.

I will find new meaning in every joy and sorrow.
In that silence
I will hear the voice of spirit, and freed
from this world
I will see another order where the end is another beginning.

Rumi
‎"Since the powers of nature in this dreamer, in that dreamer, and in the macrocosm of nature itself, are the same, only differently inflected, the powers personified in a dream are those that move the world. All the gods are within: within you – within the world."

Gloria Steinem

And now? When she looks in the mirror, what does she see? "Well, I'm shocked. Sometimes, you're passing a store, and you see this person in the window, and you think: who is that? Oh, it's me. But I've also realised that ageing is a bit like what being pregnant must be like, by which I mean that your body knows how to do something that you don't know how to do – and it's quite interesting. Your body loses what it needs to support someone else, and it keeps what it needs to support you. That's very smart. Just watching the process is somehow fascinating."

What do we do to our psyche when we destroy Nature

Marine life falls victim to Queensland's floods

John Taylor and staff, Monday November 14, 2011 - 22:54 EDT Nine months after floods and cyclones battered Queensland, dugongs and turtles are dying in record numbers around the coast.

Just as many homes across the state were damaged, so too were seagrass beds under the water from the tip of the state to the New South Wales border.

Many of the creatures have starved to death, with those weakened also falling victim to boat strikes and fishing nets.

Despite nearly 1,000 turtles and 170 dugongs dying so far, the Queensland Government believes the animal populations will recover.

But some experts are concerned about their long-term survival.

"We've had all this silt plume go out and cover the seagrass. And as you know, it needs to photosynthesise. It can't do that," said Trevor Long, Seaworld's marine sciences director.

"The seagrass has died right back. In many areas, it's actually been lost completely."

Dugongs are a vulnerable species. An expedition into Brisbane's Moreton Bay earlier this year was just one of the scientific expeditions happening to monitor dugongs' health and long-term survival.

"I am worried. I think that as we're seeing changes with climate change, these type of events may become more common," Mr Long said.

"And that's why I think we need to act now. I think that we need to be trialling pilot programs, we need to be looking at ways - especially with dugong - is there a way that we can supplementary feed many of these animals."

But Queensland Environment Department spokeswoman Julia Playford does not believe the two species will decline overall.

"We don't think we're going to be seeing a species extinction or anything even close, but we think that the population will recover in subsequent years of good rainfall," she said.

"We don't really think it's the beginning of a trend. We think that it's been a one-off event. We don't have floods this size every year."

Even so, more dugongs and turtles are expected to die this year.

Pisces

Rick Levine: Monday, Nov 14th, 2011 - even if you're worried about the wisdom of a recent choice, you're also optimistic that things are improving. Fortunately, you can be very patient now, even if your emotions are all over the place. It's hard to tell if you're overreacting or if the residual negativity you're feeling is actually real. Be smart and wait a few days before changing your game plan. In the meantime, concentrate on the best possible outcome instead of stressing about the past.

and Mystic: trending themes other than Rad Candor...Prosperity!  Yes, i know about the economy and you can go
see my Astro Global Financial Fuqery category for more on Pluto in Capricorn et al if you're interested.

But the current Earth energy is excellent for those of you who want to expand innovatively and do some awesome biz. If it's authentic and you're grokking the Mars in Virgo work-health ethic, you prosper.

Today's Moon is beautifully placed in the sign of Cancer-Kataka. Fab for awareness, intuition and emo wisdom...

This is GOOD astro, use it to prep for the Eclipse Season so nearly upon us. Think uncluttering, bringing your intuitive powers to bear on any lingering dilemmas, getting on top of any wellness irks and that the truth shall set ye free.

A quick note re the weekend of Dec 10/11: It is a volatile few days, no doubt about it.

But i'm not saying lurk in bed freaking out. It's fine! Do what you want but i would recommend against doing anything that you consider risky. It's not a good time to do weird stuff, go haring off to strange places, hook up with someone you don't really know, go bungee jumping or try to negotiate with/charm a difficult person.  Stay in your comfort zone if possible...It will definitely be a very interesting weekend, geopolitically...

11~11~11~11

The Numerology of 11-11-11

The train is approaching the station, you can hear the whistle blow as it is winds around the corner into view. There is a gentle rumbling beneath your feet as it slows down to align with the boarding platform. You glance down at the ticket in your hand and notice that the present station reads, “Been There, Done That”. As you turn the ticket over the new destination reads, “My Life’s True Happiness”. While you sit and ponder the possibilities of where this might take you, the conductor calls out, “All aboard, last call!”.
The date of 11-11-11 is one of the most powerful shifts in human awareness that we will experience in our lifetime. It is a rare opportunity to release lifetimes of karmic scripting and ancestral entrapment. Entrapment in the sense of the conscious and unconscious habit patterns which have us wondering why we can’t seem to actualize the life we really want to have, and know is possible. 11-11-11 is the cosmic birth date of humanities prayer for liberation from the rote, mundane, and monotonous. Many people are presently feeling, “I can’t go on like this anymore, I just can’t live like this another day.”  While we long for that which is original and exciting, we may feel burdened by the fear of not knowing the consequences of the changes we desire. So many stay trapped in the generational karma of, “Well, my father was a cobbler, so I guess I’ll always be one too.” Or, “My mother did what she was told, so I better play it safe too.”
You don’t need to imagine there is a burning hell in some other dimension, because both these situations can feel like a living hell over time.
The problem can never be solved at the level of  the problem. A higher frequency needs to be introduced in order to shift what Yogi Bhajan calls the ”flow of the psyche”.  At the “Miracle of the Healing Hands” course in New Mexico he further stated, “All healing comes from the ability to shift the flow of the psyche”. How will we do this? The fantastic news is, it’s much simpler than you might imagine. Eleven is the sound current of Infinity, and sound is one of the most powerful ways we can heal ourselves. Mantras contain a frequency of sound which is a healing force that is available to us all. When we join together with others to chant, mediate, and pray, the energy is mega-amplified beyond what can be generated on our own.
This buoyancy of sound is how we can heal ourselves and break free of the karmic chains of the past. Let’s say you are in a boat that has been stuck out in the ocean at a lonely location, and you feel as though you can’t stand another day lost at sea. So you try to pull up the anchor, but it’s been embedded and stuck at the bottom of the ocean for so long your strength alone is not enough to dislodge it. If you could only get a few people to help you it would be quite easy to pull up the anchor. Shift yourself to a space where there are other’s creating the same frequency of sound which will act as a lever to free yourself from the karmic entrapment. One of the most powerful mantras in the science of Kundalini Yoga is “Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad, Sat Gur Prasad Ek Ong Kar”. It is considered the “magic mantra” because it can shift the flow of the psyche so powerfully that new opportunities seem to materialize out of nowhere. Chanting this mantra for just 11 minutes a day from now until 11-11-11 will allow you to catch a new wave of energy which will liberate you from the chains of the past.

Coherence - the Heart controls the Brain

http://www.abc.net.au/rn/newdimensions/

Carla Hannaford reveals our quantum interconnectedness through “the field,” the unified field of consciousness and information that pervades all existence. Presenting a new paradigm for conscious living and conscious parenting, Carla Hannaford reveals our true powers of influence and vast potential to master our lives. Connection with the full “vibrational” presence of heart and mind allows us to live with more coherence, joy, adventure, play and creativity.
Our ideas about what we are and what we are capable of lag far behind our science. We are dynamic, learning beings with unavoidable power to influence one another and the surrounding world. The time has come to integrate the new science into our lives and the ways we raise and educate our children.
Carla Hannaford, bestselling author of Smart Moves, Why Learning Is Not All In Your Head, draws on science, our heritage of human wisdom, and her own experience as a biologist, parent and educator to advance an empowering new view of reality. Playing in the Unified Field offers inspiration, models and practical advice for raising our families with coherence, presence, love, and trust in their capacity to learn and grow.
