"There is a phrase from the Anglo-Saxon word hoard that serves our purposes a great deal better (than unconscious): that phrase is 'not yet speech-ripe'. " There is an ejaculatory prayer exercise from the Hindu-Buddhist tradition that often has a striking and transformative effect on the effort to become aware of, and withdraw unconscious projections. In Sanskrit, the prayer phrase (phonetically) is: "Tsam Tsvas Tvat", or, literally, "I am that."
